Norwegian classic dishes meeting Italian cuisine

Denne uka har vi besøk av 21 elever og 3 lærere fra skolen "I.e.V Florio" som ligger i Trapani på Sicilia. Dette er ungdom som utdanner seg til fagarbeidere innafor kokk, servitør og resepsjonsfagene. De bor hos vertsfamilier. Elev og lærerutvekslingen er en del av vårt Erasmus+ program.
